All of our pieces include detailed measurements directly in the product description, however, here are the general measurements correspondent to our sizes. If you’re totally unsure of your measurements, we can help! All you need is a measuring tape. For best results, please use a loose-tape measure -- these are usually made of fabric or thin plastic material, not metal. If you have a specific sizing question or would like more information, please contact us! We also offer custom-tailoring on any of our handmade, Miracle Eye Label, pieces!

BUST: Comfortably wrap the measuring tape around the fullest part of your bust.

WAIST: Find the narrowest part of your midsection and measure this area. Your waist is usually an 1.5" - 2" above your belly button.

HIPS: Your hips are usually right over your lovely butt. Measure the fullest part of the hip area.

USA:

Please note that these shipping times do not take into account the handling time.

HANDLING TIME FOR MIRACLE EYE GOODS: Miracle Eye orders are shipped within 2-10 business days after payment is received as our clothing, jewelry, and accessories are lovingly handmade to order by one person. You will receive an email notification once your order has been shipped out.

HANDLING TIME FOR VINTAGE GOODS: Vintage items or pre-made, ready to ship items are shipped within 2 business days.

♦ International Customers Warning: Miracle Eye is not liable for long shipping delays, buyers purchase at their own risk. Please allow additional delivery time for customs safety inspections, time varies per country. In addition, some countries do have high risk of long shipping delays due to international customs procedures.

Miracle Eye takes care to ensure our website descriptions, measurements and photographs are true to the actual product. We do not accept returns on vintage & sale items. All vintage and sale items are final sale. Neither are eligible for store credit or refund. Vintage and/or sale items sent back to us will not be refunded.

✽ EXCHANGES ON HANDMADE MIRACLE EYE LABEL PIECES ✽

Miracle Eye Label Handmade items are eligible for exchange. 

Please note: there is a 10% restocking fee for any items sent back to us. We list detailed measurements in each product's description to ensure a perfect fit. We charge this fee to encourage the customer to correctly measure and determine their desired inseam length to avoid an exchange due to incorrect size. However, if the incorrect size or length is chosen, we can absolutely process an exchange for you.

Please email us before returning your Miracle Eye Label item to confirm that your item is eligible for exchange. This also allows us to make sure we have the necessary materials to re-make your item, as some items are limited edition and run low. The buyer is responsible for all return-shipping and re-shipment fees. The original item must be returned to us in its original condition (unworn, unaltered, and odorless) within 15 days from the date of delivery.

We will email you upon the item's arrival confirming we received the package.

- order number + email address 

- date of purchase

- new desired size + reason for exchange

We accept returns on Miracle Eye Handmade Label Items. If you are extremely unhappy with your item, we will issue store credit on the item minus the applicable taxes + original shipping fee.

Please note: there is a 10% restocking fee for returns requesting a money-back refund. This fee does not apply for returns requesting store credit. We list detailed measurements in every product's description to ensure a perfect fit.

The item must be returned to us in its original condition (unworn, unaltered, and odorless) within 15 days from the date of delivery.

- order number + email address (we will send your store credit to this email)

- date of purchase

- reason for return

- your email address (where your store credit voucher will be sent to)

✽ MISSING AND LOST PACKAGES ✽

Due to the nature of our business (we are a small family-ran business), we cannot be held accountable for any missing and/or lost international or domestic packages. Once a package leaves our hands, we no longer have any power over the shipment process. Very rarely does the US postal service lose our packages, but it does happen once on a blue moon. It is extremely, extremely unfortunate and very frustrating, and we would recommend you contact your local post office with the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email for reference, to inquire of its status if it has surpassed 40 business days.

✽ ORDER CANCELLATIONS ✽

Cancellations must be requested within one hour when the order is placed. After one hour, we are unable to honor cancellation requests. Cancellations requesting a money-back refund will incur a 15% non-refundable fee. This applies to all payment methods. If store credit is requested, the fee will not apply.
