✽ EXCHANGES ON HANDMADE MIRACLE EYE LABEL PIECES 

Miracle Eye clothing items are eligible for exchange. 

  • Please email us before returning your order to confirm that your order is eligible for exchange.
  • We will provide a prepaid return shipping label along with directions on how to proceed with an exchange. This also allows us to make sure we have the necessary materials to re-make your item, as many items are made with vintage materials.
  • Items must be returned to us in its original condition (unworn, unaltered, and odorless) within 15 days from the date of delivery.

We accept returns on Miracle Eye clothing items.

Store credit: Full order amount. Shipping fees are non-refundable. No restocking fee.

Money-back refund: 25% restocking fee applies. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

✽ SALE ITEMS RETURN POLICY 

Items purchased at a discount of 20% or greater are eligible for store credit returns only. We cannot offer exchanges or retroactively apply discounts. They are not eligible for money-back refunds.

 

✽ HOLIDAY RETURNS 

Items purchased between November 15 - December 28 have an extended return window and may be returned before January 10, 2023.

Accessories, home decor, jewelry, and all items from the Gift Shop are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

✽ MISSING AND LOST PACKAGES 

Due to the nature of our business (we are a small family-ran business), we cannot be held accountable for any missing and/or lost international or domestic packages. Once a package leaves our hands, we no longer have any power over the shipment process. Very rarely does the US postal service lose our packages, but it does happen once on a blue moon. It is extremely, extremely unfortunate and very frustrating, and we would recommend you contact your local post office with the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email for reference, to inquire of its status if it has surpassed 40 business days.

 

✽ ORDER CANCELLATIONS 

Cancellations must be requested within one hour when the order is placed and will incur a 5-6% payment processing fee depending on payment method. After one hour, we may be unable to honor cancellation requests if your garment has already cut and/or sewn. Cancellations requesting a money-back refund will incur a 25% non-refundable fee. This applies to all payment methods. If store credit is requested, the fee will not apply.
