✽ RETURNS ON VINTAGE CLOTHING & ACCESSORIES 

Miracle Eye takes care to ensure our website descriptions, measurements and photographs are true to the actual product. We do not accept returns on vintage items. All vintage items are final sale.

 

✽ EXCHANGES ON MIRACLE EYE ORIGINAL HANDMADE PIECES 

Did you receive an item but found it didn't fit like a glove? Got the wrong size? We are happy to exchange it for a different size! We want you to feel happy with your new Miracle Eye piece!

We will email you upon the item's arrival confirming we received the package. The original item must be returned to us in its original condition (unworn, unaltered, and odorless) within 30 days from the date of delivery.

 

Please email us before sending the item back to us to make sure we have the necessary materials to re-make one, as some items are limited edition and run very low. The buyer is responsible for all return-shipping charges.

 

In your exchange package, please include a note inside with the following:

〮date of purchase

〮new desired size

 

✽ RETURNS ON MIRACLE EYE ORIGINAL HANDMADE PIECES 

We accept returns on Miracle Eye Original Pieces. If you are extremely unhappy with your piece, we will issue store credit on the item + it's applicable taxes. The item must be returned to us in its original condition (unworn, unaltered, and odorless) within 15 days from the date of delivery. The original shipping cost is non-refundable via store credit. We are not responsible for the return shipping cost. The buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

✽ MISSING AND LOST PACKAGES 

Due to the nature of our business (we are a small family-ran business), we cannot be held accountable for any missing and/or lost international or domestic packages. Once a package leaves our hands, we no longer have any power over the shipment process. Very rarely does the US postal service lose our packages, but it does happen once on a blue moon. It is extremely, extremely unfortunate and very frustrating, and we would recommend you contact your local post office with the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email for reference, to inquire of its status if it has surpassed 18 business days.
