CLOTHING RETURNS
 
Store credit: No restocking fee. $10 flat rate return shipping. Instant store credit issued.

Money-back refund: 25% restocking fee. $10 flat rate return shipping. Refund issued within 2-3 weeks.

 

  • Please email us to open a return request and receive a prepaid return shipping label.
  • Items must be returned in original condition (unworn, original tags attached, and odorless) within 14 days from date of delivery.

HOLIDAY RETURNS

Orders placed between November 15 - December 31 have an extended return window through January 15, 2024. Accessories, home decor, and Gift Shop items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

 

 

MISSING AND LOST PACKAGES

Due to the nature of our business (we're a small family-ran business), we cannot be held accountable for any missing and/or lost international or domestic packages. Once a package leaves our hands, we no longer have any power over the shipment process. Very rarely does the US postal service lose our packages, but it does happen once on a blue moon. It is extremely, extremely unfortunate and very frustrating, and we would recommend you contact your local post office with the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email for reference, to inquire of its status if it has surpassed 40 business days.

 

 

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations must be requested within one hour when the order is placed and will incur a 3-4% payment processing fee. After one hour, we may be unable to honor cancellation requests if the garment has already been cut and/or sewn. Cancellations requesting a money-back refund will incur a 25% non-refundable fee. No fees apply for store credit.
