In Store Pickup (Los Angeles):
We offer in store pickup for online orders at our LA shop, located at 1031 N Broadway 90012. Your order is available for pickup only after you've received a "ready for pickup" email confirmation. Order pickup hours are 2pm-5pm Tue-Fri.

Store credit: No restocking fee. $10 flat rate return shipping. Instant store credit issued.
Money-back refund: 25% restocking fee. $10 flat rate return shipping. Refund issued within 2-3 weeks.
